As part of our summer 2023 cross-country tour, SMC is coming to Fort Collins, CO!
We are coming to celebrate and spread our mission, passion and hope for women’s empowerment, mental health and community – one step, one breath and one road-trip-dip at a time!
SMC founder Amy Hopkins will lead an introspective and joyful community ceremony incorporating cold-water dipping education, basic nervous system physiology, yoga, breath work and massage. Our collective experience will conclude with a cold-water dip in The Poudre River symbolizing connection, celebration and creation!

WHEN: Saturday, July 8th, 2023, 12-3PM
WHO: This experience is for any person who identifies as a woman.
WHERE: Live Beyond Limit 353 West Drake Road, Fort Collins. CO and The Poudre River – exact dip spot TBD – your own transportation is required from studio to nearby dip-spot.
