With a love for community, Amy will openly share her unique insights and fresh perspectives to inspire and reimagine how we think about mental health.
Drawing on her experience in women’s health, mental health and community wellness, Amy will highlight adjunctive therapies from cold-water dipping to RN coaching to show us how both holistic and clinical practice modalities can do more than co-exist – they can be further understand and used together to guide us forward into a a new era of mental health.
Hear from a volunteer panel of community members as they share their personal insights and answer questions from the audience.
