I have known Amy as a massage therapist for nearly 16 years. Early on in our relationship, her medical knowledge of the human body and her warm caring personality helped nurse me through a bilateral mastectomy and she has been a critical part of my husband’s and my own self care since then. Her businesses, GLOW and subsequently RISE, have always centered around the well-being of others physically and emotionally. She has an engaging, calm personality – and great sense of humor! – that inspires others to be self-aware and continually evolving. I cannot wait to “Dip Down to RISE Up” with her!
