A Cold Water Dipping Awakening

2026 Theme: EMERGENCE.

  • A women’s weekend retreat on Maine’s breathtaking coast.
  • An immersive and transformative re-birth opportunity.
  • An integrative practice of self-exploration, empowerment & action.
  • A focus on CONNECTION – with ourselves and each other, EDUCATION – how cold-water dipping can support physical, mental & lifestyle health, and INTEGRATION – personalizing the power of cold and breath into our lives.

Why?

Even more than our knowledge of self-care, it is the integration of it and bearing witness to our resulting emergence that is imperative to finally owning our power and controlling our health

Now is the time. And I’ve never known a time when women didn’t need their tribe to survive or thrive in it, and tribes of women are what I do. It is my honor to hold this space, so that you can birth this next version of you. Hi, I’m Amy! If this resonates, I hope to share this sacred, emergent weekend with you.

Where?

Literally where the River becomes the Ocean – this is on purpose.

Amy is a Women’s Mental Health Nurse, Women’s Integrative Health RN Coach, Licensed Massage Therapist, Yoga Teacher, Business Owner, Community Creator and Speaker.

In 2010, Amy transitioned from her 13-year birthing nurse career to building a holistic wellness studio that was home to her bodywork private practice.

In 2021, with all that the pandemic had presented, Amy founded Saltwater Mountain Co. with the tagline, “Dip Down to Rise Up” - a powerful and timely cold-water dipping movement that serves as the basis for The Saltwater Mountain Woman Retreats.

With a special love for and understanding of the science and magic of cold-water dipping, Amy is a true leader and passionate teacher of this practice for self-care, deep presence, breath awareness, nervous system insight, reinvention of self, embodying the feminine and embracing inevitable change.

In 2024, Amy returned to nursing with a greater personal alignment and became Clinical Nursing Director of Women’s Mental Health and director of The W.A.V.E. Program at R.I.S.E. Integrated Mental Health in York, Maine. Here, she continues her one-on-one coaching work with an underlying mission of empowering women, supporting mental health and building community.

Libbie Bridge (she/her), Growth & Grief Guide, MS, RYT500

    IG: @libbiebridge_

I am a human being who cares deeply for matters of the soul. I am a witness and space holder who walks alongside people in the ‘messy middle’ of change. I support people in turning toward and being with their emotions and energy so that they can tap into their inner wisdom, step into their power, be more of what they wish to see in the world, and experience more joy.

Grief was the thing that brought me to this work. In addition to my lived experience with grief and being a real person on my own healing journey, I have over 20 years of experience coaching and facilitating learning that supports the whole-person. I have over 500 hours of formal teacher training from the YogaLife Institute of NH focusing on the ancient teachings of classical yoga. I am a certified coach, and I have completed breathwork facilitator training with Jon Paul Crimi.
