I moved to Maine in February of 2021. I was at a loss as to how to create a community, as it was still pandemic times, and I didn’t know anyone in the area. I met Amy in March of 2021 at a workout class, and she immediately absorbed me into everything she was doing. Her kindness and joy got me interested in cold water dipping (and you MUST know the power of her personality if you are going into the Atlantic Ocean in February when the air is 14 degrees!). Full moon dipping and anytime dipping, Amy has created a community of joy and peace and spreads empathy, fun and caring wherever she goes. She inspires me to find joy in daily activities and embrace self-care. Hope is real, Amy is Hope.
